Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I enjoy supporting clients in times of transition to manage their stress and anxiety. I find my strength especially with those seeking support to transition in relationships. I work with individuals and couples.

My approach to therapy

My goal is to foster an authentic connection and create a non-judgemental space to process big feelings. I work from a trauma-focused lens, attachment based, as well as utilizing skills from the Gottman method.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will include gathering information about your current life circumstances, and the reason why you are seeking support. Additionally, we will talk about your life experiences and family history. My goal for our sessions will always for you to feel comfortable, safe, and heard. We'll work together to create an individualized treatment plan so that we both have a roadmap of how to move forward.
