Great to meet you!

Hi and welcome! In my work with adults and teens, I draw from 8 years of training and experience in practice. I assist those with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues and life transitions. I enjoy working with clients who are curious and motivated to learn not only more about themselves, but also new tools and strategies to live a more aligned life.

My approach to therapy

Using an integrative approach that includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, & Solution Focused Therapy. Combining these with somatic therapy, body oriented therapy, to explore the connection between mind and body. Together we explore the layered relationship between emotions, body sensations and psychological experiences.

What you can expect from me

It's important for me that I cultivate a friendly and comfortable space for all of my clients. From there, we can work to explore the intricate thoughts, feelings, emotions and body sensations you experience in a collaborative way. If this sounds helpful to you or you'd like more information, let's schedule a free consult call to see if we'd be a good fit.
