Great to meet you!

Hey there! My name is Hannah, and I am dually licensed as a clinical mental health counselor and a clinical addictions specialist. My specialty is working with individuals affected by a loved one’s substance use disorder or personality disorder.

My approach to therapy

Our sessions are more than just talk; they are a collaborative space to create a concrete plan of action. I integrate techniques from CBT, DBT, and Solution-Focused therapy to address your concerns from multiple angles. Since change often happens outside the therapy room, we’ll use between-session 'homework' to turn challenges into opportunities for lasting growth.

What you can expect from me

If you feel a little nervous or awkward starting out—that’s okay. The first session is simply about seeing how we connect. A strong therapeutic bond can last for years, so I encourage you to use our first few meetings to see if we truly 'click.' Your comfort and sense of connection are the most important factors.
