Great to meet you!

Taking the first step to find a therapist or meet a new therapist is tricky! I am so glad that you are here! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and have been working in Community Mental Health for the past 3 years. My main focus that I work with in my practice over the past few years have mainly been PTSD and Postpartum.

My approach to therapy

Every person is different. I strive to make therapy a collaborative experience where you feel heard and seen. It is important to me that you feel respected and challenged at times in therapy. I'll be here to listen and support you through a variety of life challenges.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a warm and welcoming environment to share your experiences with me. I want to get to know you as a whole person, what is bringing you to therapy, and any experiences that you have had in therapy previously.

I prioritize helping clients to feel validated, heard, and seen when starting therapy with me. You are the expert on your life and I want to make sure that the goals that you set in therapy align with your values in your life. Many people leave after the first session feeling lighter and more grounded, with more skills to help them in day to day life.
