Great to meet you!

If you’re looking for a safe, supportive place to begin healing, I’m here to help. I work with children, individuals, and families who may be navigating trauma, PTSD symptoms, adoption-related experiences, or major life transitions. My goal is to create a space where you feel welcomed, respected, and understood as you share your story and move toward growth and change. If faith is important to you, I’m happy to integrate it into our work together.

My approach to therapy

I earned my master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Bethel Seminary and use an integrative approach to therapy, including cognitive behavioral therapy. I care deeply about supporting the whole person and the whole family, and I strive to practice with cultural humility and sensitivity. In our sessions, you can expect a warm, honest, and encouraging environment where all parts of your identity are valued.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel intimidating, and change can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to face it alone. I aim to make the therapy process feel approachable and supportive so you can feel safe being honest with yourself and others. If you’re ready to take the next step, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
