Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Hannah, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who loves supporting people through the ups and downs of fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenthood. My style is warm, non-judgmental and collaborative — I want you to feel truly seen and understood. I’m also a mom of two and have experienced infertility myself, so I can relate to many of the challenges that come with the perinatal journey.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative and compassionate — I believe you’re the expert on your own life, and my role is to walk alongside you with support and guidance. I often use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and mindfulness-based strategies to help clients make space for their feelings, build flexibility, and reconnect with what matters most to them. Whether we’re focusing on the challenges of infertility, pregnancy, postpartum, or parenting, I aim to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard and find new ways forward.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a supportive, client-centered space where they feel heard and understood. I believe you know yourself best, so I’ll follow your lead in therapy while also offering more direct guidance if that’s what you’re looking for. We’ll move at a pace that feels manageable, and you’ll leave each session with strategies, tools, or reflections to carry with you between our sessions.
