Great to meet you!

My name is Hannah, I'm a mom of two boys (and two pups) who love spending time outside. I graduated from Loyola University New Orleans and have been practicing for 5 years. I've working in elementary and middle schools and with teens and adults of all ages. I enjoy helping people identify their strengths to overcome life stressors and anxieties and build the lives they've dreamed of.

My approach to therapy

My goal is to create a safe space where you feel heard, supported, and understood while we work together toward meaningful change. I tailor therapy to your unique needs because what works for one person may not work for another. I have experience working with children, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, life stress, parenting, and nutrition concerns. I'm LGBTQIA+ affirming and trained in supporting neurodivergent individuals.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will be just getting to know each other. We'll discuss what it is bringing you to therapy, background information and any previous mental health history, and identify initial hopes/goals you have for yourself.
