Great to meet you!

As your therapist, I will be curious about your life, empathetic to your experiences and beliefs, and able to meet you wherever you're at to walk alongside you on the journey to growth and inner peace. You deserve a genuine, warm, and authentic therapy experience. If you're dealing with depression, anxiety, or PTSD, I am available to help you. My goal is to help you live a rich and meaningful life, and experience the growth and healing that can come after hard times.

My approach to therapy

For years, I have brought my experience to diverse mental health settings. For individual therapy, I am trained in EMDR therapy for PTSD. I use Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) & REBT for anxiety and depression, and I also utilize a narrative therapy based approach to help you find meaning and purpose in your life and fully own your life story.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to help you live the life you want to live on your own terms.
