Great to meet you!

I work with adults (18+) navigating anxiety, depression, and periods of uncertainty, often when life feels less clear or settled than expected. Many of the people I work with are overthinking decisions, questioning their direction, or feeling behind in ways that leave them stuck or disconnected from themselves. They’re looking for greater clarity, self-trust, and the confidence to move forward in a way that feels aligned.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and tailored to you. Together, we’ll explore what’s getting in your way, strengthen your self-trust, and take meaningful steps toward a life that feels more grounded and aligned. I integrate CBT, parts work, and insight-oriented exploration, and when helpful, we may explore dreams to better understand your inner world.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, especially if you’re used to handling things on your own. You don’t have to have everything figured out to begin. If something here resonates, we can gently explore what’s been weighing on you and begin to find a way forward that feels more clear, grounded, and true to you.
