Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with nearly 15 years of experience helping children, adults, and families navigate life’s most challenging transitions, I am passionate about creating a warm, supportive space where you feel comfortable being yourself, processing difficult experiences, and building the confidence and skills needed to move toward healing and growth. My professional background includes pediatric healthcare, perinatal mental health, grief and bereavement, couple's work, anxiety, depression, and adjustment to major life changes.

My approach to therapy

I draw on cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) to help you recognize and shift unhelpful thought patterns, offering practical tools to support balance and coping. I often integrate mindfulness and other approaches to meet your unique needs. My focus is always on your goals and helping you build confidence in your ability to grow and heal.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin exploring what brings you to therapy. We'll discuss your concerns, goals, and hopes for treatment while moving at a pace that feels comfortable and supportive. My goal is to create a safe, welcoming environment where you feel understood and confident about the path ahead.
