Great to meet you!

I’m aim to offer a warm, compassionate, and safe space with a background in trauma-informed care and training in cognitive-behavioral and relational approaches. I work with adults and teens navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, and life transitions.

My approach to therapy

I integrate relational and cognitive-behavioral approaches to help you better understand patterns, manage overwhelming thoughts or emotions, and build practical skills for everyday life. I focus on creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where we move at your pace and tailor our work to your unique experiences and goals.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and begin building a sense of safety and trust. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, what you’re hoping for, and any questions or concerns you have. I’ll ask some background questions, and collaborate with you on next steps.
