Great to meet you!

I want to make all feel welcome and valued. I strive to create a safe space where my clients can feel heard and cared for. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck in your thoughts, or carrying stress that just won’t seem to let up — you’re not alone. It can be exhausting trying to keep everything together while quietly struggling on the inside. Therapy can be a place where you finally feel supported, understood, and able to breathe again.

My approach to therapy

I try to keep and open mind and utilize a blend of various therapeutic modalities that meet each client’s individual needs. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to you. I integrate evidence-based therapies like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), which can be especially effective in helping process trauma, reduce emotional intensity, and create meaningful breakthroughs.

What you can expect from me

In our work together, you can expect more than just a space to talk — you’ll gain practical tools, deeper self-awareness, and a clearer understanding of how to navigate challenges as they come up. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, more in control, and more connected to yourself.

I also understand that starting therapy can feel like a big step. That’s why I focus on creating a space that feels welcoming, supportive, and free of judgment — where you can show up exactly as you are.

If you’re ready for things to feel different — even if you’re not sure where to start — I’d love to support you.
