Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (NM) and Licensed Professional Counselor (OR) with advanced training in somatic therapy, expressive arts, wilderness therapy and Internal Family Systems (parts work). As a Somatic Arts Therapist and Rites of Passage guide, my work is rooted in both clinical training and earth-based practice.

I specialize in supporting women, creative professionals, and couples navigating identity shifts, relationship transitions, and major life experiences. Clients often appreciate my warm, playful and grounded presence, and ability to balance emotional exploration with practical tools for real change. I value integrity, accountability, and creating a space where you can be fully human—real, vulnerable, and whole.

My approach to therapy

I believe we have to feel it to heal it—but first we create a safe space for your body to relax, regulate, and resource. Together, we build capacity for expressing your truth and navigating profound experiences, limiting beliefs, and patterns that block your full aliveness.

My work blends somatic practices, creative exploration, Internal Family Systems (parts work), earth-based ritual, and reflection. Sessions offer a grounded, supportive container to release what is blocked, reclaim and awaken your inner authority, deepen self-love, and cultivate presence and resilience.

Many of my clients come to therapy seeking intention and clarity, deeper growth and connection, emotional freedom, regulation and grounded aliveness. My work integrates emotional depth with practical tools so you can step into your next chapter fully alive, aligned, and embodied—and thrive in your life and relationships.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a grounded, welcoming space where you’re invited to be present, real, and vulnerable at your own pace. We’ll explore what’s bringing you in, begin gently connecting to your body and emotions, and clarify your intentions for our work together. You’ll leave with a clearer sense of direction, practical tools to feel more resourced, deeply seen and supported.
