As an art therapist, Hannah is part of a unique cohort of mental health therapists. Art therapy is an integrative mental health and human services profession that enriches the experience of life through active art-making in therapy. She specializes in using the creative process to integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Positive Psychology to treat ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and Anxiety. Hannah believes in providing a safe, non-judgmental space for therapy, and creative intervention allows each client a unique opportunity to learn more about themselves and their needs.
The first session consists of an intake and potentially an assessment or two, if the diagnosis warrants it. Afterwards, the following sessions will be used to build rapport and develop a treatment plan to help you find the best version of yourself.
