Great to meet you!

I work with adults who are navigating life transitions, personal growth, and health challenges. I offer a compassionate, patient, and collaborative space for you to explore your experience, build resilience, and move toward meaningful change. I enjoy supporting people who want to better understand themselves, strengthen coping skills, and cultivate more connection and balance in their lives. While I am a Certified Oncology Social Worker with a focus on supporting clients facing chronic illness, cancer, and medical challenges, I also work with anyone who is ready to engage in self-reflection, growth, and transformation.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is collaborative and client-centered, drawing from evidence-based practices while remaining flexible to each individual’s needs. I believe therapy should feel both safe and purposeful, helping clients gain insight, strengthen coping skills, and improve their overall well-being.

What you can expect from me

Life changes, health challenges, and relationship struggles can feel overwhelming and isolating. I provide a patient, compassionate space to explore these experiences and discover new ways forward. I welcome you to reach out and take the first step toward support and growth.
