Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with experience working with individuals across the lifespan, including children, adolescents, and adults. My background includes outpatient therapy, telehealth, school-based counseling, and community mental health services.

I have experience supporting clients experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, trauma, behavioral concerns, emotional regulation difficulties, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I use evidence-based approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and individualized, strengths-based interventions, to help clients better understand themselves, develop healthy coping strategies, and work toward meaningful personal goals.

I believe therapy should be a collaborative, supportive space where clients feel heard, respected, and comfortable being themselves. Everyone has unique experiences, strengths, and challenges, so I tailor my approach to each person's individual needs. When working with children and adolescents, I also recognize the importance of family relationships and collaboration with caregivers when appropriate.

My goal is to help clients build confidence, strengthen emotional well-being, navigate life's challenges, and develop practical skills they can use in their everyday lives. Whether you are seeking support for yourself or your child, I strive to create a welcoming, nonjudgmental environment where you can feel comfortable being yourself and work toward growth and healing at your own pace.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to each client's individual needs and goals. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and supported. Using evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and strengths-based interventions, I help children, adolescents, and adults navigate challenges related to anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, trauma, and life transitions. My goal is to empower clients to build confidence, develop healthy coping skills, and make meaningful changes that support their overall well-being.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other in a comfortable, judgment-free space. We’ll discuss your concerns, strengths, and goals for therapy while exploring how I can best support you. My priority is to help you feel heard, understood, and comfortable taking the first step toward positive change.
