Great to meet you!

With over a decade of experience supporting youth and families, I have experience in developmental disabilities and LGBTQIAA+ issues. I have worked in crisis stabilization, substance use treatment, and group homes. Using evidence-based practices like CBT and Solution-Focused Therapy, I provide telehealth and in-person therapy. My strengths-based approach helps clients build resilience, navigate challenges, and achieve lasting positive change in a supportive environment.

My approach to therapy

My therapy approach is collaborative and strengths-based, blending Solution-Focused and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I help clients identify their goals, develop actionable solutions, and harness their strengths to promote growth. My sessions are structured and goal-oriented, providing each client with a clear path forward and personalized support.

I offer in-person sessions to those in the Portland area, after the initial intake session. In-person sessions are available on Sundays and Mondays.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions with practical tools for managing challenges and improving well-being. I focus on providing clarity, building resilience, and developing actionable coping strategies. You’ll feel supported, gain insights, and leave each session with a renewed sense of hope and a clear direction for growth.
