Harry Swanson

I have my professional counseling degree from Liberty University but that doesn't mean I'm religious; instead I am a man of faith. I have training in TFCBT, EFCT, couples therapies and more. I use an eclectic approach, drawing from CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Adlerian, REBT, and others to match an approach to your needs and preferences.

I have extensive life experience that I draw upon to connect with you in meaningful ways. I have been a single parent, married, divorces, happily remarried, addicted to alcohol and drugs, veteran, engineer, teacher and a variety of career experiences and more that provide me with helpful insights at times.

I attempt to meet you where your at because I believe you are the expert on you and I am a guide with insight. I love to employ humor and see the world through that lens. I work with you to bring hope, new understanding and perspective to everyday life. I firmly believe you can do this!
