My approach to therapy

I connect with my clients and create an environment where their stories are heard and valued as powerful agents of change and transformation. I utilize existential and humanistic theories as the foundation of my therapeutic approach, seeking the integration of spirit, mind, and body.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to take away a unique and transformative experience from sessions. Overall, clients will leave sessions with a sense of empowerment, exploring and sharing their experiences in a creative and supportive space. The takeaway may include insights, self-discovery, and a strengthened connection between the client's narrative and their journey toward healing and personal growth.
