Great to meet you!

I lead with compassion and non-judgment. I believe empowerment comes from releasing shame and negative coping strategies we've picked up from childhood. I use strengths-based models and DBT, which focuses on mindfulness and bite-sized skills that help us recognize and adjust to the fluidity of the human experience.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is holistic and person-centered. I honor that you are the expert of your life by listening first and often. I work with individuals seeking support for anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we'll explore the factors and situations that lead you to seek therapy. We won't get too deep; instead, I will use your comfortability as a guide. My goal is to listen first and gather information while building rapport that will allow us to set expectations of therapy that can meet your needs.
