Great to meet you!

I specialize in therapy for the women everyone relies on who feel like if they stop, everything falls apart, helping them quiet anxiety, let go of perfectionism, and finally believe they are enough.

My approach to therapy

I’m not a sit-back-and-nod therapist. I’m real, engaged, and fully present with you.

I offer warmth, validation, and deep understanding and I will also challenge you when it matters. I believe growth happens when we feel safe enough to be honest and brave enough to look at what’s keeping us stuck.

I’ll meet you exactly where you are, without judgment. And I’ll also help you stretch beyond the patterns, fears, and beliefs that are holding you back. Therapy with me is collaborative, thoughtful, and direct a balance of compassion and accountability.

My goal isn’t just for you to cope. It’s for you to build a life that actually feels aligned, grounded, and meaningful.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a relaxed, welcoming space where you don’t have to perform or have it all figured out.

We’ll talk about what brought you in, what’s feeling heavy or stuck, and what you’re hoping could be different. I’ll ask thoughtful questions to understand your story, your patterns, and your strengths. You won’t be interrogated, but you will be gently guided.

You can expect:

  • To feel heard and taken seriously
  • Honest feedback when it’s helpful
  • Clear next steps instead of vague “see you next week” endings
  • A sense of whether we’re a good fit

By the end of our first session, you should have more clarity than when you walked in and a sense that change is actually possible.
