Great to meet you!

I became a social worker because I believe true greatness is shown through compassion for the vulnerable, rooted in the Biblical call to love and serve our neighbors. Social work embodies that calling—bringing hope where there is despair and tending to wounds with prayerful presence, practical care, and advocacy. This work is more than a profession to me; it is ministry. I am dedicated to serving, empowering, and walking alongside those in need, helping restore dignity and healing through faith‐centered practices and evidence‐based care.

My approach to therapy

I create a safe, supportive space where you can bring your whole self — mind, body, and spirit. Through telehealth therapy, I combine evidence-based mindfulness practices, including Christian-informed reflection, with CBT and other tools to help with depression, anxiety, stress, and trauma.

What you can expect from me

I’m an attentive, empathetic, and fully present therapist who believes a strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation for real change. I create a space where you can safely discuss difficult emotions, navigate life’s transitions, and work through depression, stress, anxiety, or trauma. Drawing on mindfulness practices, CBT, and solution-focused tools, I walk alongside you with warmth and practical guidance to support your healing and lasting growth.
