Great to meet you!

We all have the capacity to grow, heal and live in harmony with our life's purpose. In our work together, I use playfulness, compassion and accountability to help you tap into your inherent strengths to navigate life's challenges. Together we will uncover patterns keeping you stuck and explore different ways to cope, leading to a more peaceful and satisfying life. I love helping clients build self awareness and practice self compassion leading to a life of intention, confidence and integrity.

My approach to therapy

I use evidenced based practices when working with those experiencing depression, anxiety, difficulty with life transitions and relationships. My hope is that through our work together, you will find more effective ways to cope and build resilience and a foundation to trust yourself when facing difficulties that may arise in the future.
