Great to meet you!

Welcome! I’m Heather, a holistic therapist with an eclectic and heart-centered approach, dedicated to helping individuals and families reconnect with their authentic selves. I utilize strengths-based psychology to create a deeply supportive space where every part of you, mind, body, and spirit is seen, valued, and nurtured.

My approach to therapy

You may be the one everyone depends on, the helper, the caregiver, the deep thinker who carries a lot while rarely slowing down long enough to care for yourself. On the outside, it may look like you're managing, but inside you feel overwhelmed, exhausted, anxious, stuck, or disconnected from the life you want to be living.

I work with thoughtful people across the lifespan who are ready to break free from old patterns, understand themselves better, become more resilient and create meaningful change. My approach is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. Together, we'll create a space where you feel seen, supported, and empowered to move toward a life that feels more aligned, connected, and authentic.

I am committed to providing an affirming, inclusive space for LGBTQIA+ individuals including children and those exploring gender identity, sexual orientation, relationship structures, and authentic self-expression. My goal is to help clients feel safe, seen, and supported as they navigate their unique journey.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a space to exhale. There is no pressure to have everything figured out or know exactly what to say. Together, we'll explore your story, what brings you to therapy, and what you hope will be different in your life.

My approach is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative. I take time to understand your strengths, challenges, values, and goals so we can create a personalized plan that meets you exactly where you are.

Whether you're seeking healing, clarity, practical tools, or deeper self-understanding, my goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and hopeful about the path ahead.
