Great to meet you!

I am a dually trained Doctor of Nursing practice; board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, which allows me to thoughtfully integrate both mental and physical health into your care. I believe emotional wellness and physical well-being are deeply connected, and I take a holistic approach to treatment. It is a privilege to support both children and adults at every stage of life during a patient-centered approach to wellness.

My approach to therapy

My treatment style is patient-centered and collaborative—I work alongside you to understand your goals and develop practical, individualized solutions. I value building strong therapeutic relationships and creating a space where you feel heard, respected, and supported. I also believe that growth is mutual, I often leave sessions having learned something from my clients and with a deep sense of gratitude for the trust they place in me.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, you can expect a warm, welcoming, and patient-centered experience where your story is the priority. We will take time to explore your current concerns, personal history, strengths, and goals in a way that feels respectful and unrushed. I use a holistic approach, meaning we will consider how your mental health, physical health, lifestyle, relationships, and environment all interact. Together, we will begin developing a collaborative treatment plan tailored specifically to your needs, which may include therapy, lifestyle strategies, and/or medication when appropriate. Most importantly, you can expect to be heard, valued, and actively involved in every step of your care.
