Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m glad you’re here. I support women, parents, and individuals navigating anxiety, stress, chronic illness, and life’s more overwhelming seasons.

If you’ve been feeling stretched thin, burnt out, or trying to hold everything together for everyone else—you’re not alone. Therapy with me is a space where you can finally slow down, be heard, and focus on yourself without guilt.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a warm, supportive style, and I’m especially passionate about helping parents of children with special needs and those managing chronic health conditions feel more balanced, supported, and in control.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, practical, and tailored to you. I draw from CBT, ACT, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care to help you better understand your thoughts, emotions, and stress patterns.

We’ll focus on building tools you can actually use in your day-to-day life—whether that’s managing anxiety, navigating parenting challenges, or coping with chronic illness—while also creating space for deeper healing and growth.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a relaxed, supportive conversation where we’ll talk about what’s been weighing on you and what you’re hoping will feel different.

You don’t need to have everything figured out—I’ll guide you through it. By the end, you’ll leave with a clearer direction and a sense of relief knowing you’ve taken that first step.
