Great to meet you!

Have you ever felt alone, defeated, down, or anxious? Know you are NOT alone! We have all had these moments, including me. I am Dr. Heather Cynowa, a dual Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner in Family Practice and Psychiatric Mental Health Care. I am passionate about people and their care, and I want to see them taken care of and receive the care they so richly deserve. I have experience in treating mental health issues and addiction-related challenges.

My approach to therapy

In addition to medication management and therapy specialized to you, the individual's needs are essential to holistic care. You are a person first and a client second. I aim to break the stigma and offer clients a safe place to verbalize their needs and receive support in a non-judgmental environment. You drive your care, and I am here to assist you. I will help them navigate the right therapy for them. I see clients throughout their lifespans.

What you can expect from me

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Through the course of our time together, I want to see you answer questions you have, reflect, grow, and discover pieces of yourself that are/were missing. You will be heard. You will be supported. You will know that you are a valued person that has a voice.
