Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with experience providing therapy to adolescents, adults, and families in both school-based and outpatient settings. Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of helping people navigate some of life's most difficult challenges while also celebrating meaningful personal growth and resilience.

I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, life transitions, relationship concerns, stress, self-esteem challenges, and emotional overwhelm. I especially enjoy supporting teens, college students, and adults who may be feeling stuck, navigating major changes, or trying to better understand themselves and their relationships.

My goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel comfortable being yourself and confident that we'll work together toward meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

I believe that every person has a unique story, which means therapy should never be one-size-fits-all. I take a collaborative approach, meeting you where you're at while helping you identify practical strategies that fit your goals and your life.

My work is grounded in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, EMDR, trauma-informed care, mindfulness, and Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed interventions. Together, we'll explore patterns that may be keeping you stuck, build on your strengths, and develop skills that help you feel more confident managing life's challenges both inside and outside of therapy.

Above all, I strive to create an environment where you feel genuinely heard, respected, and supported. Therapy is a partnership, and I believe lasting change happens when clients feel safe enough to be honest, curious, and hopeful about what's possible.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially if it's your first time. My goal is to make the process feel comfortable and welcoming.

During our first session, we'll spend time getting to know one another. I'll ask questions about what's bringing you to therapy, your current concerns, your personal history, and what you'd like to accomplish. You'll also have plenty of opportunities to ask questions and share what's most important to you.

Rather than expecting you to have everything figured out, we'll work together to identify your goals and begin developing a plan that's personalized to your needs. Whether you're looking for practical coping strategies, healing from difficult experiences, or simply a place to process life's challenges, we'll move at a pace that feels right for you.

By the end of the first session, my hope is that you'll leave feeling heard, understood, and with a clearer sense of how we can work together to help you move toward the life you want.
