Great to meet you!
I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with over 25 years of experience working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and have spent my career helping people better understand themselves, navigate difficult seasons, solve problems, and create meaningful change.
I work with anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, trauma, emotional regulation, and neurodivergence, but my practice extends well beyond traditional mental health concerns. I frequently work with women navigating divorce or separation, relationship and family difficulties, major life transitions, career and workplace stress, parenting challenges, and the many competing demands women often carry.
I also have a particular understanding of individuals and families living with chronic health and autoimmune conditions and the emotional, relational, and practical impact these conditions can have on everyday life.
My style is warm, genuine, practical, and down-to-earth. I am a problem-solver by nature, and while there are times when people simply need a safe place to be heard, I also believe therapy should help you move forward. Together, we can identify what is happening, understand the patterns contributing to it, and determine what you can actually do about it.
You do not have to say the “right” thing in therapy or have everything figured out before you come in. I bring clinical experience and knowledge into the room, but I also bring humor, honesty, compassion, and a real-world perspective.
