Great to meet you!

I’m a naturally curious and empathetic person, drawn to understanding the human mind and the many layers of the human experience. With over 15 years of experience in the mental health field, I’ve had the privilege of supporting both youth and adults through a wide range of life challenges.

My specialties include helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, and major life transitions. In recent years, my focus has been working with college students and young adults as they explore identity, manage stress, and adjust to the demands of early adulthood.

Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply looking for support, I offer a space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to move forward.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is grounded in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), which means I offer practical, evidence-based tools to help you better understand and manage challenges like anxiety and depression. I believe therapy works best when it’s a collaborative process. I bring an open mind, a curiosity, and deep empathy to each session. We'll work as a team to explore what’s going on beneath the surface, build on your strengths, and move toward the changes that matter most to you.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my priority is to create a space where you feel safe, seen, and truly heard. I understand that starting therapy can feel vulnerable, so I take a gentle, compassionate approach as we get to know each other.

We'll talk about what brings you in, what you're struggling with right now, and what you'd like to work toward. There’s no pressure to share everything at once—this is your time, and we’ll go at your pace. I’ll also ask some questions to better understand your history and what support might be most helpful moving forward.

Most importantly, I want to understand who you are—not just your challenges, but your strengths, values, and hopes. From there, we’ll begin building a collaborative path forward, tailored to your unique needs and goals.
