Great to meet you!

Hello! I have a PhD in Clinical Psychology and have been practicing outpatient therapy for the past 9 years. Prior to that I worked in residential treatment for adolescents and adults as well as with anger management and domestic violence individuals. While I have worked with a wide variety of ages, currently adults are my main focus. Outside of work I enjoy dogs, the outdoors, yoga, time with friends and family, and finding as many reasons to laugh as possible. I look forward to meeting you!

My approach to therapy

I believe that each individual deserves to share their story in their own words. I will work collaboratively with you in your treatment plan to help you on your own journey to living the best version of your story you can, while appropriately challenging you, support you, and keep you engaged in your own progress.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will be an opportunity to provide me with any information you feel is relevant to what is bringing you in for therapy, as well as any historical information that may be important for context. We take the first session to get to know one another, establish a foundation, and decide together what the goal of therapy is for you. Sessions following will focus on those goals and lead you to finding healing and success.
