Great to meet you!

I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist offering virtual sessions throughout the state of Michigan. I received my Master's degree in Clinical Psychology at Antioch University in Los Angeles, with a specialization in Community Psychology in 2015. I continued on to complete my internship/associateship at The Relational Center in Los Angeles where I also complete specialized training in the Relational approach to therapy.

My approach to therapy

I work on a broad range of issues and have specific experience in the areas of sexuality, gender, women's issues, and relationships. I am an LGBTQIA+, and kink and poly informed therapist. I am an eclectic therapist, which means I utilize tools from multiple approaches to tailor our work to you and your specific needs. I am warm, affirming, and I use a lot of humor in our work. I believe in bringing my whole self to the table, and I request that you do the same to the best of your ability.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to help people experience a deeper sense of connection with, compassion for, and trust in self. The relationship with self is the foundation upon which we build all other relationships. It also guides our interactions with the world around us, including the way we visualize and pursue personal goals, experience authenticity, and find the resilience to deal with pain, trauma, and grief. The stronger and more loving our relationship with self, the more fulfilling life will become.
