Great to meet you!

As a licensed clinical social worker, I believe that prioritizing mental health is key to happiness and stability in life. Seeking help can be one of the hardest parts, so congratulations on taking that step! I’ve been practicing for over 25 years, and work primarily with depression, anxiety, trauma / PTSD, and life changes. I have a special interest in women's issues.

My approach to therapy

Everyone has a unique story and deserves an individualized approach to care. Once we decide to work together, we’ll act as partners in your therapeutic journey. It’s important to me that we communicate openly and you feel both listened to and respected in our relationship. I’ll be there to listen to you, challenge you, and support you along the way.

What you can expect from me

I always start with a free 20 minute consultation, where you’ll have the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. You will have a chance to ask questions and to see if we're the right fit for each other. I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment that allows you to feel comfortable sharing and being vulnerable, while also feeling secure. From there, we’ll work together in the sessions that follow to make these goals a reality for you.
