Great to meet you!

Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist. I received my Master's Degree in Social Work from Indiana University. Prior to receiving my MSW, I had extensive experience working with children and families in various capacities. I use an eclectic approach to therapy, including CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused, ACT, Motivational Interviewing, and others. I am trauma-informed and have significant experience with clients who have experienced trauma.

My approach to therapy

I use a strengths-based approach, helping clients identify and use their strengths to meet their goals.

What you can expect from me

I will explore the issues you're experiencing thoroughly, offer compassion and empathy, help you identify your strengths, evoke insights, and provide strategies for managing your concerns. I provide handouts and worksheets for those who desire them.
