Great to meet you!

I believe therapy doesn't have to feel intimidating or overly formal. I bring warmth, compassion, and a down-to-earth approach to our sessions. I value genuine connections, open conversations, and meeting you exactly where you are. My goal is for you to feel comfortable being yourself, knowing you have someone in your corner who will listen without judgment and support you through life's ups and downs.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based care. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you understand the connection between your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, and EMDR to help process distressing experiences that may still affect you today. We'll work together at a pace that feels manageable, focusing on what you need to feel safer, more grounded, and ready to move forward.

What you can expect from me

You don't have to know exactly where to begin or be ready to talk about everything you've experienced. Our first session is an opportunity to get comfortable, share what feels important, and identify what you hope will change. We'll develop a plan together, move at a pace that feels right for you, and work toward helping you feel more in control of your life rather than defined by what you've been through.
