Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience supporting adults facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, stress, and major life transitions. My background includes behavioral health, crisis intervention, child welfare, and inpatient psychiatric care, which has given me a strong foundation in helping people navigate complex and difficult situations.

I believe therapy works best when you feel comfortable being yourself and know you won’t be judged. My goal is to create a supportive, down‐to‐earth space where we can understand what’s happening in your life, identify what you want to change, and develop practical ways to move forward.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, direct, and deeply client‐centered. I blend trauma‐informed care with evidence‐based modalities, focusing on helping you understand patterns, build resilience, and make meaningful changes. I aim to create a space that feels safe, warm, and straightforward — where you can show up exactly as you are and feel genuinely supported.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and talk about what brought you to therapy. We’ll explore what’s been going on, what you’d like to be different, and what you hope to gain from our work together.

You don’t need to have everything figured out beforehand. We’ll take our time identifying your priorities and begin shaping a plan that feels manageable and meaningful. It’s also an opportunity for you to get a sense of whether I feel like the right fit for you.
