Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who brings a warm, genuine, and creative approach to therapy. I work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relational stress; with a special focus on family estrangement. Whether you're feeling stuck, disconnected, or overwhelmed, I offer a space to sort through it all and begin moving forward with purpose.

My approach to therapy

I take a holistic and adaptable approach, always tailoring our work to meet your specific needs and goals. I integrate tools from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), along with other methods, to help you understand patterns, build insight, and move toward lasting change. My approach is grounded in creating a trusting, supportive space for you to explore and grow.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance for you to share your story at your own pace. I’ll listen closely to what you're hoping to get from therapy, and we’ll work together to chart a path forward. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel comfortable, respected, and truly seen.
