My approach to therapy

I utilize several treatment modalities to help achieve your goals. My primary approaches included Cognitive Behavioral, Dialectical Behavioral, and Solution Focused therapies. I bring a host of experience in working with individuals in a variety of areas including mood disorders, active-duty military members, adjustment disorders, and disordered eating.
