Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Heather Riley, LCSW—a neurospicy therapist who helps people quiet the harsh inner voice and stop getting stuck in the same emotional patterns.

If you’ve ever felt like you’re overthinking everything, masking who you are, or struggling in relationships that leave you drained, you’re not alone.

In therapy with me, we’ll challenge the things you’ve been telling yourself, make sense of your experiences, and help you feel more like you again—without the mask.

Let’s work together (and yes, we can absolutely talk about your latest hyperfocus too).

My approach to therapy

In my therapy practice, you set this pace and the directions we take.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and to start building a sense of safety and direction. I'll ask some questions about what brings you to therapy, what's been hard lately, and what you'd like to be different.
