Great to meet you!

Many clients come to me feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or ready to make meaningful changes but unsure how to start. I take a holistic approach to help clients increase self-awareness, regulate their nervous system, and create lasting, positive change

My approach to therapy

I take a practical, real-world approach to therapy, focusing on helping clients build skills they can actually use in their daily lives. I integrate trauma-informed care into all of my work, creating a space that is supportive, nonjudgmental, and focused on lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Your first session will include an intake assessment to explore your current concerns, personal history, and goals for therapy. Ongoing sessions are designed to build a strong therapeutic relationship while collaboratively working toward meaningful, personalized growth and healing.
