Great to meet you!

Many women come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected from themselves, or ready for change but unsure where to begin. I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where women can better understand themselves, heal from past experiences, regulate their nervous system, and develop healthier ways of coping and moving forward.

My approach is holistic and trauma-informed, recognizing that your experiences, relationships, thoughts, emotions, and body are all connected. I am trained in EMDR therapy, a specialized, evidence-based approach that can help process and heal the effects of trauma and other distressing experiences—whether they happened recently or years ago.

My goal is to help you feel more grounded, empowered, and connected to yourself while creating meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

I take a practical, real-world approach to therapy, helping women develop meaningful skills they can use in their everyday lives. My work is grounded in trauma-informed care, creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can better understand yourself, work through challenges, and build lasting, positive change.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity to get to know you, understand what brought you to therapy, and explore what you hope to get from the process. Together, we’ll identify your priorities and create a therapeutic approach that feels meaningful and manageable for you. As we continue working together, sessions will provide a supportive space to build insight, develop practical tools, process difficult experiences, and move toward the changes you want to make in your life.
