Great to meet you!

In 2018 I graduated from the University of Denver with my Master's in Social Work. I have spent the years since working with children, adolescents, and young adults. I have experience with court involved youth, teenagers struggling with school, family issues, relationship problems, anxiety, depression, substance use, and trauma. I also have a passion for working with young adults and the stressors that the beginning of adulthood and life transitions can bring.

My approach to therapy

I love working with adolescents and young adults to find root causes of issues, as well as offer differing perspectives to solve a problem. As a therapist, I work from a trauma-informed, solution-focused, and client-centered lens. I utilize Cognitive Behavior Therapy methods to help with changing negative thought patterns and to learn helpful coping strategies and self-care, as well as support clients in exploring how their past may be affecting current symptoms.

What you can expect from me

Insights with issues you are facing, a different perspective, and sometimes just a good listener as you vent!
