Great to meet you!

I attended Campbell University for my Master's in Education and dual majored in School & Mental Health Counseling. I worked as an elementary school counseling until 2020 and then started in a group practice.

I work with ages 10 and up for a variety of emotional/mental issues.

My approach to therapy

As a friendly and compassionate therapist, I work with individuals ages 10 to 65, offering support through a person-centered approach and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Whether you're a child, teen, young adult, or adult, my goal is to create a safe space where you can explore challenges, build healthy coping skills, and improve communication in your daily life. I also offer school counseling resources, including guidance on navigating 504 plans, to help students and families feel more confident and supported. Wherever you are on your journey, I’m here to walk alongside you.

For adults, I assist you in learning how mental health impacts your day to day lives and ways to help work around challenges. I work with families to develop communication skills, positive parenting practices, and behavior management strategies to ease the distress within the home and help families return to a state of comfort and connection.

What you can expect from me

I help my clients leave each session feeling understood and educated about skills to practice and what they can do with their emotions/struggles.
