Great to meet you!

I am a compassionate, client-centered therapist with five years of clinical experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds. I earned my Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of New England in 2019. Much of my clinical experience has been in the VA system, where I worked with clients facing complex mental health challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I later transitioned into private practice to offer more individualized, flexible care.

I believe therapy works best when it is collaborative, respectful, and paced according to each client’s unique needs. My role is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered.

I use evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Client-Centered Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and EMDR. This allows me to tailor treatment to your goals—whether that means developing practical coping skills, strengthening motivation for change, or processing past experiences in a structured and supportive way.

I value transparency, authenticity, and trust in the therapeutic relationship. You are the expert on your life, and I see therapy as a partnership where we work together to build insight, resilience, and meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.

My approach to therapy

I'm here to support you on your journey toward better mental health. In our sessions, I provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can openly share your thoughts and feelings. We'll work together to understand your challenges, develop effective coping strategies, and set achievable goals. My goal is to help you gain insight, build resilience, and improve your overall well-being.

What you can expect from me

I use a variety of treatment modalities in my practice. In your first session, we'll explore what brought you to therapy and then decide the most appropriate ways to help you make progress. With a personalized approach, each session will look different allowing me to meet you where you're at while guiding you to where you want to be.
