Great to meet you!
I am a compassionate, client-centered therapist with five years of clinical experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds. I earned my Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of New England in 2019. Much of my clinical experience has been in the VA system, where I worked with clients facing complex mental health challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I later transitioned into private practice to offer more individualized, flexible care.
I believe therapy works best when it is collaborative, respectful, and paced according to each client’s unique needs. My role is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered.
I use evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Client-Centered Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and EMDR. This allows me to tailor treatment to your goals—whether that means developing practical coping skills, strengthening motivation for change, or processing past experiences in a structured and supportive way.
I value transparency, authenticity, and trust in the therapeutic relationship. You are the expert on your life, and I see therapy as a partnership where we work together to build insight, resilience, and meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.
