Great to meet you!
If you're feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, trauma, relationship conflict, grief, or a major life transition, therapy can be a place to slow down, make sense of what's happening, and begin moving toward a more connected and fulfilling life.
Caring for others has been the thread running through my life's work—from community health education, to growing organic vegetables for families in my community, to becoming a marriage and family therapist. Along the way, I've worked with individuals, couples, and families across many stages of life, supporting clients from childhood through older adulthood.
As a marriage and family therapist, I see people through a systemic lens. Rather than viewing problems in isolation, I'm interested in the relationships, experiences, family history, culture, and strengths that have shaped your life. Together, we'll work to understand not only the challenges you're facing today, but also the patterns beneath them, so that lasting change becomes possible.
Whether you're seeking support for anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, family conflict, or life transitions, my goal is for you to feel understood, respected, and empowered to build a life that feels more authentic, connected, and hopeful.
