I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have been practicing in the field of mental heath for over 11 years. I specialize in trauma treatment and am passionate about supporting clients on their journey to a happier and healthier lifestyle.
I believe in healing through corrective experiences and prefer to use methods that are designed to alleviate the distress associated with painful memories. This includes Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR) and other Experiential Therapy modalities.
I enjoy educating throughout this process and will help normalize the experiences you may be having as a result of what you have been through. There's relief that comes with increased knowledge and understanding of why we are feeling the way we do, and what can be done to heal.
