Great to meet you!

I am an experienced marriage and family therapist that enjoys working with a very diverse client base. I spend my days helping and supporting individuals, couples and families manage all life's trials and tribulations with positivity and kindness. "I am not what happened to me, I am what I choose to be." Carl Jung

My approach to therapy

We are humans, parts of many different systems that influence our thought, perceptions and feelings of the world around us. No human is the same and every human has different experiences that affect daily lives. I approach therapy from an experiential way preferring to work in modalities that have my clients engaging in doing things rather than solely talking about what is happening in their lives. It takes a village to live in this world and I am here to help empower my clients to have the courage, strength and confidence to navigate through their lives in the most positive and safe way possible. "The privilege of a lifetime is to become truly who we are." Carl Jung

What you can expect from me

The first session is a "getting to know each other," learning about what brought you to seek therapy, cover the consent process and determine a direction together on moving forward with therapy.
