Helen Roberts

Hi! My name is Helen Roberts, and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida, Wisconsin, Michigan, and Iowa. I’ve been counseling children, teens, adults, couples, and families for over 20 years - but in my experience, that’s not really what you want to know. What you really want to know is, can I help you? And is there hope for things to change for you? As a matter of fact, there is, and I hope you’ll give me an opportunity to take that journey towards healing and empowerment with you. We can change the direction of your life right now and give you hope and power again!

There’s very little you can bring to my door that I haven’t seen and I’m ready and willing to fight the fight alongside you. Whether you are dealing with betrayal, childhood, or sexual trauma, sexual addiction, trauma from war, or dealing with bipolar, depression, anxiety, PTSD, dissociation, addictions, adoption, lack of self-confidence, or marital issues.

You see traumas; whether they are big or small, cause people to lose hope in themselves and in others. I believe that with your desire to change, my skills, and knowledge, we can turn things around and help you feel better.
