Great to meet you!

I believe lasting change begins with radical self-acceptance!

I support adolescents and adults navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationships, and identity concerns. My practice is affirming and inclusive of LGBTQIA+, BIPOC folks. I work from a neuroaffirmative, trauma-informed approach-- creating a safe and supportive space for healing.

My approach to therapy

Drawing on evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), CBT for ADHD, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness, I help clients build resilience and self-understanding. As a licensed clinician in Maryland, I provide individual, family, and couples therapy, with a special focus on executive function support for individuals with ADHD. My goal is to empower clients to embrace themselves fully and live authentically.

What you can expect from me

My approach to therapy is warm, compassionate, and conversational, allowing clients to explore their stories and challenges in a judgement free zone.
