Great to meet you!

I have had the pleasure of working with all ages in many different levels of treatment. I have come to believe that early intervention is the most valuable approach to achieving a balance in one's mental health. I have spent the last several years serving in the emergency rooms of an adult hospital and a children's hospital. Many times I found myself wishing they would have come for help much earlier.

My approach to therapy

I welcome people from every walk of life. I use a client-centered approach to therapy and exercise honesty and transparency in every session. I have trained in play, art, CBT, DBT, and many other approaches. I have found that customizing the therapy to suit each individual client's needs often yields the most efficient results. I offer Christian based counseling with all ages.

What you can expect from me

Welcome to a safe space, where you are the most important person. I believe that therapy should be a chance for you to discover more about yourself and how to live your best life. In therapy, I will use our time together to guide you with fresh perspectives, practical tools, and insights.
