Great to meet you!

I’m a Maryland-based Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC, ANCC) with a background in telehealth, outpatient care, and long-term rehabilitation settings. I work with individuals across the lifespan dealing with anxiety, depression, PTSD, sleep disorders, substance use, and family-related challenges.

I strive to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can speak openly about your experiences. I value honesty, compassion, and understanding, and I take your concerns seriously. My goal is to not only listen but also provide practical guidance so you feel supported and empowered in managing your mental health.

My approach to therapy

My approach is rooted in empathy, active listening, and collaboration. I use open-ended questions and a non-judgmental style to understand your unique experiences and needs.

I take a holistic, evidence-based approach—focusing on both emotional and mental well-being—to create personalized treatment plans. These may include medication management, education, and supportive therapy techniques. I believe in working with you as a partner, helping you build realistic strategies for long-term growth and stability.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is designed to help you feel comfortable and at ease. I’ll introduce myself, explain my approach, and answer any questions you may have before we begin.

We’ll discuss your concerns, experiences, and goals at a pace that feels right for you. My focus is on building trust, understanding your needs, and starting a plan that supports your mental health journey. You can expect a respectful, open conversation where your voice is heard and valued.
